Controller
Until Apronta is incorporated as a company, Maurício Vergottini Freitas is the controller for personal data collected through this site. For any privacy matter, contact apronta.pt@gmail.com.
Data we collect
When you send a request through the form, we collect your name, email address, project type and message. To protect the form from abuse and understand where a request came from, we also store the sending page and a technical browser identifier.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to review your request, reply to you and, when you ask us to, take steps before entering into a contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Who processes the data
Requests are stored in Supabase, which acts as Apronta’s processor. The website is hosted by Vercel, which may process connection data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We do not sell data, build marketing lists or share data for advertising.
International transfers
Our providers may use sub-processors outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we require the appropriate GDPR safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Retention
We retain requests for 12 months after our last contact. We may retain what is strictly necessary for longer where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or browser storage. For that reason, we do not currently show a cookie-consent prompt. If this changes, we will update this page and ask for consent before enabling any non-essential technology.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection to the processing of your data and, where applicable, portability. To exercise these rights, email apronta.pt@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNPD.
